New Cod4 Server

We're looking into putting up a new Call of Duty 4 server. Input is needed..

well soon all comp is going back to a newer pam4, so it should be damn/pam4 modded

Alright I voted for a TDM server.

If we want to practice for matches, we scrim/practice. Plus, we could always pick a damn mod server to play on.

TDM would be fun. I know for one that dominating TDM is easy and I just think playing maps that we don't have on the SnD server would rule (overgrown,killhouse,shipment,wet works(<3),showdown,creek,ambush,bog,bloc(not so much),countdown,downpour,pipeline) I miss most of these maps.

Besides, moar airstrikes/helis?!

I know I'm not too active, especially lately, but I put damn snd, although it was a tough decision between that and tdm.

Reg tdm/snd would keep our server popularity up, while switching to a mod might have us lose some of that.

However, I enjoy playing on comp mods, and it's nice not to get claymored and 3xNaded all the time.

I didn't see the option for "none of the above".

If anyone wants to play FFA, TDM, or whatever, there are already dozens of servers with <100 ping. For us to put up another one is wasteful. In fact, if we can't get people on our COD5 pub server, then we should git rid of it. that would leave us with one COD4 SnD, One L4D Versus, One COD5 Private competition server, and of course, Cool's COD4 competition server. That's enough to do what we gots to do. We can fund the servers that get used. We will run out of donation money if we try to run servers that no one plays on.

True, but if we wait for clanservers to come out with another deal for servers, and the deal is good, then I think we should take it.
