Ok so everytime I play I end up pressing shift and ctrl togetter and it crash my game and computer for some reason....anyone know how i can fix it?

I got a Zboard and ctrl is my crouch and shift my run or steady for sniper...its not like i try to press them it just happens..

hmmm i use the same setup key wise... and my game never crashes... and i hit them 2gether all the time... thats weird
